FlySafair Crew Resource Management Instructor Job 2025

Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair, is seeking a qualified Crew Resource Management (CRM) Instructor to join its Training Department at Head Office in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will report directly to the Training Captain and play a key role in delivering CRM programmes that enhance safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The FlySafair Crew Resource Management Instructor will:

• Conduct CRM training both online and in person.
• Deliver initial and recurrent CRM courses to FlySafair employees.
• Facilitate scenario-based learning using real-life case studies and simulations.
• Adapt delivery style for different experience levels and job roles.
• Assist in developing annual CRM refresher courses aligned with ICAO and CAA standards.
• Integrate safety trends, feedback, and human factors data into training modules.
• Promote a culture of safety, cooperation, and positive morale across teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM training records for compliance purposes.
• Participate in standardisation meetings, debriefs, and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Provide performance feedback and targeted coaching when necessary.
