Job Purpose
As a Housekeeper at Hollywoodbets, your core responsibility will be to ensure a clean, safe, and tidy environment in and around the branch. Your work will directly contribute to delivering a pleasant experience for both staff and customers at our East London location.
Key Responsibilities
If you’re successful in one of these Hollywoodbets housekeeping vacancies, your duties will include:
- Wearing the prescribed Hollywoodbets uniform and maintaining good personal hygiene at all times.
- Cleaning and maintaining the entire premises, including floors, toilets, furniture, equipment, and the car park.
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and sanitising high-traffic and gaming areas.
- Ensuring tables, chairs, counters, lights, and TV screens are spotless and maintained daily.
- Emptying and disinfecting bins, replacing liners, and disposing of refuse properly.
- Cleaning air conditioner filters weekly and reporting faults.
- Reporting breakages, damages, or worn-out cleaning tools to the Branch Manager.
- Monitoring and maintaining seating and furniture in the gaming area — such as seat covers and table legs.
- Keeping cleaning materials and chemicals organised and used safely.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for these vacancies, candidates must:
- Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Be willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Have a professional approach to cleaning and hygiene.
- Be physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks regularly.
- Reside in or near East London or have reliable transport to the Quigney area.
Bonus Skills
