Mibot Support is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team in Centurion, Gauteng. This is a full-time role with an attractive basic salary of R10,000 – R15,000 plus commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell IT solutions and services, including IT support, cloud solutions, security, and backups.
- Communicate complex IT concepts in a business-friendly manner.
- Conduct outbound calls, introducing new clients to Mibot Support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-level decision makers.
- Maintain accurate daily sales and lead reports.
- Work independently in a target-driven environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years ICT / IT industry sales experience.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken & written).
- Strong understanding of IT concepts: backups, networking, cloud services, hardware, and security.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- High energy, confidence, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong admin and reporting skills.
Advantageous Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with IT security solutions and networking basics.
- Previous experience with an MSP (Managed Service Provider).
- IT-related certifications.
