Tolcon Learning & Development Learnership Requirements

To qualify for the Tolcon Learning & Development Learnership in Centurion, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a South African citizen with a valid ID.
• Be under the age of 35.
• Hold a Matric qualification.
• Have no prior work experience (entry-level opportunity).
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use digital tools such as Canva and Clipchamp to support training content.

Key Responsibilities

During the Tolcon L&D Learnership, successful candidates will:

• Assist with designing, developing, and delivering impactful training initiatives.
• Support in updating and preparing training materials for both in-person and virtual learning.
• Provide administrative support, including data capturing, event logistics, and reporting.
• Collaborate with managers, trainers, and employees to identify learning needs.
• Engage with training providers to recommend suitable development programs.
• Track and evaluate individual and organizational training progress.
